Fall Season 2019 - 2020
Our mission is to provide your children with the highest quality of dance education in a positive and supportive environment. We have put together a staff of innovative, experienced, and professional teachers that are ready to educate your children in both our recreational and competitive programs.
This season will run from Monday, August 12th, 2019 – Saturday, June 6th, 2019

Why do we pay for a full month of tuition when there are holidays and our children do not attend the full month?
Your monthly tuition is based on a full dancing season, which makes 42 dance days, which includes dress rehearsal and concert. Some months will have 5 weeks and these months will balance out with the months that you only have 3 weeks of instruction. Without paying for each class individually, it is the only fair way to keep our records straight and ensure that everyone receives the same amount of classes, regardless of the day of the week.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the 25th of each month and will be considered late on the 1st of each month. A $20 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 1st of the month. There will be no exceptions with this policy. You will not receive a bill in the mail or a phone call to remind you that tuition is due. After the 10th of the month, you will be notified that your tuition is late and your child may be dropped from class to open their spot for another child. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $25 late fee will be charged for ANY returned checks.
Registering for Classes (Levels & Ages)
We ask that you register your dancer for a class that is the same age and level of your dancer. The instructor will evaluate each dancer to make sure the class is appropriate, dependent on age, level, and attention span.
We cannot hold a place in a class unless tuition is paid in full. This means, that if you make the decision to take a month off, we cannot guarantee you a spot in your original class and you may not be able to join that class again once you return. Students whose tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month will be dropped from full classes in order to open the spot for another student.
2019 Evolve Dance Concert
The date for this season’s Evolve Dance Concert is still in the process of being determined. Select classes will be performing in the Evolve Dance Concert. Please let us know if your child does not want to participate. We will need to order costumes at the end of December. Please note that costumes will be $90 each with a mandatory video package/commitment fee of $30 . We will measure each student during the month of December. Please note that these costumes are not custom fit, and although unlikely, additional alterations may need to be made. Once a costume is ordered, there are no refunds. A second order of costumes will be placed in January for those that add later in the season, these will be charged an additional $20. Tickets for our concert will be going on sale in May. All seats are assigned. Please be sure to check our website and bulletin board in the lobby for weekly updates.
